In September 2017  we held our first Directors' Forum to bring in our major projects to speak with our supply chain and ran workshops on "What good looks like" and LINC with Sellafield Ltd. In March 2018 we held our second Directors' Forum based on Value Streams launching our procurements on a page. September 2018 we held One-to One's with Sellafield Ltd where we spoke to over 400 people. The majority of these conversations pointed our current and potential supply chain to speak to our Tier 2 partners, as it would be them procuring the majority of products and services being offered.

With that in mind we decided to bring out Tier 2 suppliers together in a room to enable those conversations and to add the last piece of the puzzle.

This Directors' Forum will give you the opportunity to meet with our Tier 2 suppliers to understand what they procure and how you can become a supplier. There will be the chance to visit their stand, schedule one-to-one meetings and to listen to procurement opportunities in the auditorium. We will also be giving an update over the last 12 months and what to look forward to in the coming year.
